Ceramic Foam Filter is mainly made of high purity fine silicon carbide powder, which is suitable for filtrating Ductile, Grey Iron, Vermicular Cast Iron and some Iron Alloy,and also for filtrating non-ferrous alloy, such as Cooper alloy and Aluminum alloy. It can remove impurities efficiently, and make metal filling steady in mould. It can also reduce air flow and casting impact in mould, and decrease pin hole, sand hole defeats to increase casting quality and product rate.

ZrO2 Ceramic Foam Filter is using zirconia as raw material, with higher strength net structure, Zirconia Foam Filter can effectively block large size impurity in molten steel, and also absorb small impurity by complex surface inside. It is suitable to filtrate carbon steel and low alloy steel, especially to be applied in precision casting of stainless steel.
